That's odd. When you go to submit to the group, it should give you an option of which gallery you would like to submit it to. The default option is 'Featured', but there should be a drop-down menu.
Afraid there isn't a drop-down menu. Hope something can be sorted out there.

Are you trying to submit a new deviation straight to the folder, or are you trying to add an existing deviation?
